Soon, I will be launching a new website for the WEL-Systems Institute that will reflect what I have long known to be true:
No one can want something for you more than you want it for yourself.
There was a time when we all had the luxury of embracing endless and seemingly benign distraction. A time when we might or might not… and there really was no apparent pressing need for us to make that potential life-altering choice. We could ‘window shop’ our way through discovery and be quite comfortable in deferring the urge to engage and, in so doing, commit to anything that might ultimately upset the status quo and make evident the self-imposed limits to that discovery. Now, I believe, our ongoing distraction is no longer benign.
If it’s going to happen for you, it will be because you have chosen it to be so. If it’s going to have an impact in your life, it will be because you – not a program or coach or facilitator or leader or mentor or guru – are unwilling to have it be otherwise. Now, at this time in our collective consciousness, it really is all up to you, in the creation of your own web of Life.
Self-starting. Self-directed. Self-selected. Note that first word: Self. You can choose to play with others if you so desire…. and you cannot play at all until you enter the game. And that game, at this time, is the game of redefining Life.

As you listen, do so with the intention to own it all for yourself. You can listen while driving or doing other things; and you can also revisit parts that provoke or irritate and capture your own internal cues. Pay attention to the moments when your head nods easily in agreement; and to the moments when you feel irritation and deep agitation. After all, your evolution is all about you and what moves inside of you – all of which can only belong to you.
