Transformation – although far too often over-promised and under-delivered! – is what my clients are looking for. Not incremental change; not small adjustments and little twists on the status quo, but those huge and irreversible changes to the way they move through the world. Our greatest invitation is to be able to free ourselves from our own limitations and experience the full potential of who we know, deep down inside, we truly are.
This magnitude and depth of change need not be difficult. Nor does it have to take a long time! What I’ve discovered for myself is what I choose to share with you to support you along your journey of personal evolution. But don’t take my word for it. Try it on and see how it fits in your life.
Over, now, close to 30 years, were I to identify the one thing that keeps us trapped in a reality we have no desire to be in, it would be: Our seemingly boundless struggle to get out of our own way.
As Mark Twain once said: “It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so. “
This is part of a series of posts that will expand on and dive deeper into my last blog post on You can’t get there from here... There will be close to 20 of them, as invitations to consider your own evolution – in these trying circumstances – differently. I’m taking this approach since over time, I believe I have said what is essential and what makes a difference. It is all, already present, in this blog space. Perhaps by the end of this year, I will have found the words to introduce you to the practical notion of and application of your willingness and ability to deeply know and trust your Self as a living godForce… capable of creating your reality as an act of manifestation and not a by-product of effort and the passage of time. That may prove to be a leap… and we’ll see how it goes.
This invitation through Memory Lane: Who Says it has to be Hard! goes deeper into the process and implications of each of the elements covered in that first post. Everything is intended to and designed for an unfolding; for the ability to engage with confidence and move to the next layer of expression in that burgeoning confidence.
It is a process – and the power for transformational change lives in that process and not in the content of our behaviours or the opinions of others. Mastery of that process makes way for wellbeing of body, mind and Spirit; and becomes the fuel for the creation of a meaningful Life through resourcefulness and resilience.
