In turbulent times, the ability to navigate – both at the level of the world that ‘is’ as well as at the level of the world that you intuit could be – is a critical expression of your Being. If you cannot trust that, within yourSelf, you have no choice but to seek out some other, outside-of-you voice and surrender to being led, in the hope that doing so will quell the fear.
You have come to this here and now… in these most chaotic of times… to simply BE yourSelf. To LIVE as your Self and in so doing, explore and discover more of what that Self is and might allow for; to be transparent and unhidden, as your unique Self. In our current global cultural requirements, this is a long-forgotten and now-become dangerous and daring act of internal creation into a world of matter. The forces determined to ensure this holds no value and has even less impact are many and powerful. Amongst the most potent yet seemingly innocuous are habits of body and mind, reinforced with significant pain to both.
You are here to live as the unshakeable Truth of YOUR unique expression of Being, decloaked. The ‘decloaked’ part is critical. In that, when I look at you, I can see mySelf… and know that I do not play alone. So powerful is this contagion that any and all efforts are applied to ensure its collapse before anyone can notice: “I am not alone in my deep desire to emerge!”
To this moment in time, your experience has always been from the flow of that alchemy of Being. Whatever happens for each of the others who walk in your reality, trust that their experience is from the flow of the alchemy of their unique Being. Like the various kinds of lava that the Hawaiians know so well, each of us produces a different outcome from the flow of that alchemy of our Being.
These times are your invitation to awaken to and fully release the power and the great Force of your own Being… just being, in the moment, without the paralyzing self-judgement that ends in silence. No rehearsal required. No limitation embraced, like a cloak within which to hide from the consequences of an ever-disapproving, habituated world view. Claim the moment you’re in and just be… yourSelf… and tell the truth. It is always that simple and THAT is always a choice.
My encouragement to you? It’s all perfect. All you need do is focus on what YOU want – what you know honours you as the majestic Crone that you know yourSelf to be – and let go of the rest. Choose that which leaves you at peace.. inside, where you live… and surrender to a deeper knowing. Do that which comes so fully and naturally to you: do not fight against, simply choose and embrace the journey of that which YOU choose for yourSelf. And let all else fall away. Others will do as they choose, for their unique Self… either from history or from the point of Creator in the moment in which they find themselves. The limitations of another need not shape the path you choose for yourSelf.
As Crone, you already know: you cannot live Life for another. Yet, particularly for women, we are told that we are the keepers of the wellbeing of others; that it is our duty to ensure another takes the ‘right’ path – and in so engaging, we sentence ourselves and others to an unachievable goal. We are doomed to fail, lost in a long-standing story of what is required for a better world. In the truth of my experience, what is required is far less complicated: Be yourSelf and tell the truth – out loud and in the presence of others. The ripples of authentic presence move out from the seed of that potential… and Life is changed. As for the long-standing story? Let its fracturing pieces fall where they may.
As a Crone, co-creation can be tricky. You know the depths to which you can and will go. You know the stillpoint that is the place of your own safety. You KNOW you can breathe under water… so none is too dark or too deep. You also know that without details or blueprint, you already know your way. You know the journey and you know how you will carve it out. When co-creating with one who does not yet know that within herself, it can get messy. And one thing I know of you, without hesitation: you will not give ground on your own evolution or that of another who seeks it. Trusting yourSelf and letting go: I know of no other way.
Long ago, when ’taken to task’ by a participant for having been ‘offensive’ in an expressed truth, it became clear to me: I am more willing to be offensive to you than I am to be offensive to my Self. Self-betrayal is a choice… and I choose NOT.
To you, who chooses to invest time and attention to these words, I feel such an incredible gratitude as I trust your own emergence. I am deeply appreciative of the power you ARE and the great daring of its expression in your engagements with others. I am also profoundly moved in the stillness of the Grace … in the silence of the unshakeable quality of Presence… as you engage Self and other. The depth of your reclamation of all that I hold meaningful within my Self is evidenced in the Stillpoint that you have become for others in great turmoil. The Stillpoint that you have chosen to BE in the face of terror and rage! The non-threatening, non-violent, non-aggressive Being that you are despite the provocation and invitation to (potentially) collapse in on your Self… and flee to seemingly safer ground. In you, there is no need. Such a powerful, powerful place to BE.
The I AM that I am, is complete. In the flow of the Alchemy of your Being, I know I can honour my own.
Be yourSelf and tell the truth. Can there be a more fecund way for Life to emerge?
