Now – unlike at any other time in conscious memory – we are being called to create beyond the mindless and incremental that has so relentlessly shaped our collective reality. Our existing constructs of ‘leadership’ are proving themselves to be limited in the face of multiple incursions into the sanctity of dominion over our own lives, simultaneously pressing up against our habits of mind and body; challenging the validity of history as a pathway to a meaningful future.
Time is eternal and yet, not endless in the face of existential threats to our ability to create the Space within which our children and theirs, will be able to thrive. Old ways of problem solving are not working and will lead to a deficit of our own potential, for generations to come. What we have always known is not enough. What we are now being pressed to explore and discover will, at the very least, allow for hope to prevail.
The concept of the Boundless LeaderSelf moves us beyond the grand attention paid to an impersonal process that we call leadership, and redirects to the point of power within. First evidenced through the quality of our own lives and sourced in the deeply intimate and perpetually evolving connection to Self, we discover that we are already Whole, Unique and Essential to our Lives. Once whole, the potential emerges for us to create a collective steeped in our own co-created wellbeing.
We cannot give what we haven’t got. First, we take hold of the reins of our own lives. Only then, can something more powerful emerge.
“We cannot give what we haven’t got. First, we take hold of the reins of our own lives. Only then, can something more powerful emerge.”
This is such an important starting point.
Next might be gaining great familiarity with the uncertain, the Mystery, the constantly emerging truth at the core… then, maybe some leadership could be an interesting move.
