As I listened to Deb speak of the ease with which she can now embrace a powerful process for accessing change with grace and great stability, what struck me was how – in the past – that wave through her body would have been considered by her intellect to be evidence of a problem heading her way. Now, with a newly cultivated deep trust in her own body, the body recognizes that very same wave as the answer, heading her way. Such a small difference… and such a massive shift in outcome.
I recognize what it takes for a culturally-conditioned adult person to make the shift from a total, complete and unquestionable trust in analysis and the intellect to a total, complete and unquestionable trust in the body. Simple… and not alway easy. Yet, the daring to do so unfolds a far more powerful way to live!
