Every day… at noon, local time…. stop what you’re doing and:
- Turn your full attention to yourself… to your body… and take 3 long, slow, deep and deliberate breaths.
- Then, as you take the next long, slow, deep and intentional breath… on the exhale, say calmly and peacefully to yourself: BE STILL…
- Slowly, take another long, slow, deep and expansive breath… and on the exhale, say calmly and peacefully to yourself : WAKE UP!
- Now, take a final long, slow, deep and enlivening breath… and on the exhale, say calmly and peacefully to yourself : EMERGE…
As you complete, on the final exhale, pause… notice how your body feels…. and go about living your life.

Share this potential with your friends, family, colleagues, followers, subscribers… any and all… so that for those 10 days, you know that are not alone as you create this Space and invite something different into your life. In the creation of that pause, your mind will be connected with the minds of all those who have chosen to commit to this pause, for themselves with you.
