Reclaiming your Self is not a single event but a living and perpetual intention. It’s a way of ‘being’ that takes us far beyond solving a problem or fixing a broken life, and offers us access to the reclamation of untapped potential to become more than we had ever imagined possible!
Reclaiming your Self is a perpetual journey and not a destination. It’s a mindful, ongoing process of exploration and discovery, far beyond any frantic search for answers. In the world of Space, Movement and Flow, being willing to breathe… and to consider new ways of thinking about and experiencing ourselves… creates the Space that makes it possible to embrace the Movement that will result in the Flow of a very different life.
For me to reclaim my Self – and for you to reclaim your Self – we must be both willing and able to dive into the deep end of the pool of our own uncertainties and fears and know – in every fibre of our being – that we will be just fine.
We must be willing and able to come face-to-face with ourselves; to allow the fences and walls that we’ve constructed (for very good reasons and over an extended period of time) to begin to fall away, that we might once again touch that deeper inner truth of who we know ourselves to be.
Reclaiming Your Self is a deeply intimate process – perhaps more intimate than we had ever imagined ourselves capable of. This powerful and life-altering journey will take us to the edges of our own awakened presence, making it impossible for us to continue to ignore all the things that we’ve been willing to tolerate in the hope that they would just disappear.

Although this conversation is about to come to a close, consider it your invitation to a new beginning; to a new and more powerful way for you to perceive your Self.
In the coming days, find a few quiet moments to consider the following:
- If you were to identify the three most meaningful and relevant things that you try to keep out of your awareness, what would they be? These may be simple yet potent truths about the distinctions between the life you’re living and the life you really want to be living!
- If you were to let go of one thing that you know prevents you from being more fully and authentically yourself, what would that be? Once discovered, take a moment and allow yourself to write what you believe the consequences would be for you, were you to reveal this to others. Be sure to include both of what you would consider a reward or a punishment.
- And finally, if you were to identify the one thing that were you to allow yourself to engage, you know your life would explode with possibility and potential, what would that be? And here, let yourself dream BIG; allowing what you consider to be outrageous or even impossible to enter into your reality. Before you can live it, you must first give yourself permission to consider living it.
Intimacy. Birth. Rebirth. These are the domain of our own lives, lived large and lived well. No one can create these experiences for us – we must become willing and able to create them for ourselves.
