Memory Lane Mondays!

Because the WEL-Systems® body of knowledge is intended to open a gateway to a paradigm change, the information that has developed over the years is at a level of thinking that bypasses strategies and behaviours. What that means is that who I ‘am’ at the first reading or listening, may not be who I have become at the opportunity of the next. Si?

I am in the process of slowly revising material (things written and recorded) that have never been published. In truth, I am astounded at how much I have forgotten…. or perhaps, better said, integrated beyond the point of distinction. No more edges between the information and who I have become. They are now one continuous flow and no longer held separate from me. Nonetheless, as I read or listen, I am struck by how potent the line of enquiry is; and how provocative it remains, even though heard/read long ago. I am no longer the same ‘listener/reader’ that I once was.

One of the discoveries has surfaced through the archive of existing published episodes from ‘Reclaiming Your Self: Women Unedited and Engaged radio show episodes. These one-hour segments ran ‘live’ for 14 months, attracting a listening audience in excess of 75,000. And as it is with all things, we evolve and move forward in the expression of what subsequently becomes meaningful from that journey taken.

Each episode framed explorations with invited guests; on topics that were compelling, meaningful and relevant in the lives of women. Sometimes, we BBQ’d a sacred cow and other times, we opened a can of worms…. having not a clue how to bring closure to that… and allowed ourselves to trust in the uncertainty. At the end of each episode, I would leave the listener with three questions to ponder for themselves, as they moved forward in their lives. To this day, these questions remain relevant (whether you listen to the radio episode or not) and invite an inner movement.

Every Monday, as a blog post, I’m going to offer up the three questions from one episode, for you to ponder for yourself. I will also include a link to the radio show in the event that you have an interest in the background that provoked the line of enquiry. As in all things WEL-Systems®, you are most welcome to engage as you see fit.

To make it easy to get every one, sign up to follow my blog.

On Monday, we’ll start with three questions.  And remember: Breathing is good……
