Under the outrage; past the shock and disbelief; and alive and moving long before we even become aware of its presence, betrayal seeps deep into the roots of our ability to navigate in a chaotic world.

Democracy takes a direct hit… gasps… and reels from the impact.
What happens next depends on how we choose recover.
Betrayal is an interesting word/thing/experience. We think of it as one thing when, in truth, it is a coalescence of so many profoundly painful and brutal moments in our lives.
Betrayal can only occur after deep trust has been established.
Betrayal is a violation.. a fracturing… of that trust. What follows is the deep body trauma of shock … confusion… disbelief…. horror… outrage… humiliation… and the recognition of a deception planned and executed at the moment of our deepest trust. Increasingly, we struggle to ‘make sense’ of our reality. We begin to question our ability to know trust… to recognize its viability.. and to trust in trusting, as a process. We fall into a fog, bruised and dazed, left to wander in search of touchstones that will allow us to regain our balance and recalibrate for what is real.
As in all things, I believe the only way past, is through. QuantumTLC™. Allowing myself to fall back into and surrender to the wave that carries the finely-tuned and exact formula for that which is uniquely my own internal cue for ‘betrayal’. The wave comes… and brings with it EVERYTHING that is folded into the conclusion: betrayal.
Moments from the past, long forgotten yet ever-lingering. Casual dismissals. Deep misunderstandings. Practical jokes gone wrong. A cruelty dressed up as teasing. Information withheld from only you. Forgotten or overlooked at some significant event. And on and on it goes…. The size of the betrayal holds no relevance – it is the act, itself , that so deeply wounds.
Betrayal – whatever its source and extent – will not come to be known, claimed and released until we ‘know’ it intimately… viscerally… deep in the body where it has taken root and seeps its poison into our lives – making sure we are perpetually guarded that it may never know ‘life’ in us again. Sadly, that simple approach ensures that ‘betrayal’ remains hidden yet at the core of every interpretation, decision or choice for the remainder of our days.
Denial will offer the empty promise of a better life, more fully lived. Do not be fooled by seeking to outrun the ghosts and silence the echoes. Turn… face into the ugly and the dangerous… and take back your life!
