How will I know?

November 12, 2019 by Louise LeBrun Leave a Comment

I am surrounded by these courageous and highly intentional women who are deeply committed to their own evolution… for its own sake.  I am in regular contact with a few of them and take great delight in the honour of bearing witness as they reclaim more and more of the territory of the authentic Self.  Every day, they gain both strength and ease in being authentically their Self, without caveat… without constraint… and without apology.  Does it get any better than that?

Today, I was an in exchange with one of these powerful Forces of Life, as she wondered  if she would know when the moment was right for her.  Below, I share my response to her… and with all of you that you might remember this moment in those of your own that cause uncertainty.

“Re your question: the answer is always YES! If you keep that in mind, you can free yourSelf from being squeezed into the duality of limited existence: should I or shouldn’t I? Will I or won’t I? Can I or can’t I? The answer is always YES… so, there is nothing to figure out.

As you become more and more at ease with that greater Self of your natural Being, the questions become irrelevant. One day, you wake up and – without struggle and angst – you know it’s time. And until that time, it’s not. See how simple that is?

A thought you did not ask me for: relax. It’s ok to let go and see where it all takes you. It’s ok to ponder… and wonder… and wander around in the absence of closure. It’s ok to be spontaneous and trust that when the moment arrives, you will recognize it; and you will know exactly what to do, when to do and how to do. Such is the natural genius of who and WHAT we are.”

Our greatest challenge is never the one we think we’re facing – it’s always in the way we’re facing it.

Breathing is good….
