January 13, 2018 will long be remembered as the day the State of Hawaii held its breath.
Things are changing.
The intensity and speed of that change presses us to reconsider how we make choices in our lives:
- Before acting, pause and connect to your inner cues. The intelligence of new thought and insight will be found in that pause.
- Let go of doing something because you’ve always done it that way or because other people are doing it. That it’s familiar doesn’t mean it’s wise.
- Choose ‘mindful’ and ‘in-the-moment’ rather than ‘habituated and historical’. Eyes… and mind… forward could keep you alive.
- Think globally and act locally: stay mindful of patterns and the bigger picture while you trust your inner truth to navigate the specifics of the moment you’re in.
- Relax into your own breathing. Commit to the path you’ve chosen knowing that you can change your mind. These are not contradictions – they are evidence of a mind, awake to the flow of Life.
Remember: Many and much can affect your external world but only you can surrender your inner state. Life shapes itself from the inside, out. Trust the compass of your inner truth – it will see you through to the other side.
Taking a breath makes all the difference and keeps me home, inside self rather than fear.
I agree, it really does feel like a wake up call. A call to go inside and look there for the truth. We can no longer afford to be spoon-fed our reality. Those will the spoons will not nourish us, they never have, that was never the plan. We are all we’ve ever needed and have everything we need right now to expand into the fullness of our lives. There is no greater time than right now to let go and evolve into more.
The ‘remember’ was really helpful today. Thank-you
