However, filling your head with content is not the answer to lasting transformation. If you want your life to change, you have got to move beyond the passive state of receiving information (say, by reading) and intentionally engage in an active way to experience. That is how you transform your nervous system, your mindset, and your beliefs. Without experience, all you’ve got is an encyclopedia in your head. Sounds impressive, but…can you live it?
The truth is often rather harsh – content is comfortable; evolution is confronting. Growth begins when we apply, embody, and live the insights – when we let them move through us, not just taking up space in our heads.
Another powerful provocation from Stela, as invitation for you to actually find what you’re looking for… and become a more authentic, resourceful and resilient ‘you’. Like you already know that your fear will be found in your body and not your intellect, so too, will your transformation be found in that same body; alive and waiting for you, just like every other authentic moment in time that overtakes your culturally-conditioned expectations.
As challenging as you may hold the journey to be, it is well worth the risk.
