Deep Dive: Day 4 – Follow the Agitation

November 21, 2018 by Louise LeBrun 2 Comments

It seems like I’ve been in this exploration forever……

Each of you, as an expression of some aspect of my own consciousness, is calling up within me a different facet of this prism of exploration. I read and re-read your thoughts many times, allowing what moves to stabilize before I move on. I am choosing to be in this process with a relaxed rigour: rigorous in my commitment to discover and relaxed in knowing that whatever it is will be perfect. For me, the key has always been to follow the agitation rather than find ways to flatten or avoid it. Perhaps it is the magic of that, that has helped me to be so welcoming of the provocations.

Lisa, you’ve helped me clarify to myself that for me, the fact that I am both willing and able to simply BE…. and trust that… is my personal version of ‘doing’. In my decades of working with others, I’ve come to recognize the difference between someone ‘doing’ that is meaningful and their ‘doing’ to avoid the much deeper level of meaningful, in their lives. In a culture that presses for outcomes, the results of ‘being’ are not always evident to an outside audience.

From Sheila, the reminder call: ‘You cannot have the children!”… and how so few are able to be awake to that. Slumbering/comatose adults/parents are helpless to declare such an intention. They, themselves, are still captive. I have long held – and spoken to any and all who could hear – that the parenting process IS the primary delivery mechanism for ensuring that the next generation is inculcated with the inability to act from internal reference but rather, are held hostage to any and all perceived as an external authority. Deeply, deeply disturbing in the recognition that unless and until the current generation of adults frees themselves, there is little to no hope. As the Jesuits say: give me a child until they’re 7 and they will be mine for the rest of their lives.

From Betty, the declaration of ceremony as the truth of who you ARE! Not what you do, but who you BE! Ceremony. A process that stands outside the day-to-day mundane; and one that calls to a particular point of reference to be RIG’d. A naming ceremony. Perhaps what is required is a new ceremony that names each of us to BE godforce. And for that, first, we must claim it for ourselves. Ceremony. A public, visible and audible nod to the magic that lives within us all. Ceremony. The pull within, for our willingness/ability to declare publicly, without, that magic lives!

From Naomi: “The word that comes into my awareness is activate. … if things are being put in place to prevent us from receiving a transmission…What can we put in place aka ‘Collective Mind’ power that can infiltrate from the top down activating an entire Species without ‘doing’ anything.” And to all of this, I say a resounding YES!!!! In this moment, you have captured and put words to the imperative that relentlessly presses up against my awareness. There is much here!

Given the efforts/forces in play to ensure and impose from the outside, in…. there will be no freedom without an awakened Spark that allows us to emanate from the inside, out.

A Spark sufficient to crack and emerge from the thick shell of cultural conditioning – with the parenting process as the delivery mechanism; reinforced by all existing institutional processes, in its support – and pulsate through the collective mind as that ripple through space/time that, in an instant, transforms us all.

Betty’s ceremony. What is the required ceremony? Not like a magical ‘doing to another’ but a ceremony that is The Call to the awakening of that Spark; one that is irresistible to those who hear it; and loud enough… present enough…prevalent enough to be heard by the masses.

I don’t know what that is – and its emergence… its creation…. its existence… haunts me. Its imperative will not leave me alone!

This Ceremony of Sparking…. of penetrating and igniting…. must occur on a scale that allows for far more than a few who know deeply. And as Margaret Mead (yet another woman) has said: ” Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

In this moment, I pause….

With deepest gratitude, appreciation and RIG for you all!

Louise, I read and savour these posts with depth, gratitude and joy. As I read each post, I am most often without words. However, today, as I am about to leap into the ceremony that is Decloaking and Living Authentically in 2 days time, I resonate with your words, ‘This Ceremony of Sparking…. of penetrating and igniting…. must occur on a scale that allows for far more than a few who know deeply. And as Margaret Mead (yet another woman) has said: ” Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”’

      Hi Sheila,
Your thoughts are always welcomed and appreciated. Interesting thing for me: as I read the words, it is all new to me – even though I wrote them some time ago. Each pass provokes new insights and considerations, as who I am today is not who did the writing what seems like oh-so-long-ago. Lives – and reality – are so fluid!

Mahalo for taking the time…. 🙂
