It’s Wednesday and I’m mindful of my commitment to myself to listen to/for something that will expand my world. This one (on Evolution by Intention), I’ve listened to a few times, mindful that it’s not a quick listen; it’s not an easy listen; and it’s not a catchy little ditty that you can hum when you’re leaving the show! It has however, reminded me of who I am, why I’m here and what it’s all about.
I debated sharing with all of you because it’s longer (14 minutes instead of 5 minutes) and I know your days are busy ones. I am also aware that it’s not funny, light or airy; and you need to create the space to digest it. Otherwise, you must push yourself away from the table or end up with a burning sensation in the pit of your stomach. It’s a serious consideration on an important topic: my/your/our future and how we want to create it. We do indeed, reap what we sow. Perhaps if we were more present to and mindful of that notion, we would take greater care at the planting.
So, at the risk of overwhelming, I share with all of you nonetheless. May it leave you as agitated as it left me. Maybe – just maybe – agitation is indeed, a sign of Life to come!
We are slowly, but surely, coming to recognize that we need a new place to stand in the creation of our lives and our world. Building on or seeking to change what is, may no longer be enough to offer the transformation that we so greatly desire and require. Take a moment to consider how else we might choose to redefine and redesign our reality.
