Who would think that language could hold such power? Far beyond the meaning of any word is the vibration of the sound that shapes it, transforming tissue and lives. Yet even more powerful and profound in its impact is the simple act of allowing ourselves to be seen… body, mind and spirit. In that always sacred and sometimes terrifying moment of another bearing witness to our authentic moment, we discover the gateway to reconnect to ourselves. And in that, magic unfolds!

Louise, thank you for this powerful reminder of the magic that is possible, as I “stay”, engaging fully with “each layer of the process of discovery” for, of and with myself. When I do, transformation is the by product and, I get to mindfully choose the “L”IFE I create for myself. The other, is a replication of what once was, not good bad, right or wrong, and, the ONLY person who can determine whether the quality of my life is a match for that which I know is possible and true for me, is me! There is breadth, depth and acceleration, always available for each os us, if, we choose to engage authentically with ourselves and as we engage with others in our lives. Huge hugs. Cathy
