I sometimes wonder: Is this (i.e. pandemic) ‘the thing’ or is it what is being used to distract us from ‘the thing’ (i.e. biosphere collapse)? Don’t really have a clue… and the good news is: it’s all pretty compelling!
We really are living at a remarkable time in human existence. If all meaning is context dependent (which I believe it is), what is the greater context that allows for all possibilities to exist, at the same time? Something to think about….
