Episode 16 – Reclaiming Your Self ~ 10/06/24 ~ A Life Free of Crohn’s
It started when she was 14. By the time she was 19, her first surgery had removed several feet of bowel and yet, within less than a month, it was back. Prospects were bleak. With encouragement from a friend, she took the leap and chose to shift her way of looking at her ‘condition’ and her life changed! Now symptom free for almost 10 years, Karina chooses to see herself – and her life – from a WEL-Systems® perspective. A dramatic and intensely fiery Spirit, Karina now channels the depth of her experience into her gifted expressions as the artist that she is. Who would have thought that what had fueled her ‘dis-ease’ could become the passion that would ignite her life!
