Given that as adults, we’ll spend more time at work than anywhere else, ‘work’ provides us with an immense and constantly shifting opportunity – a living laboratory! – to discover more about ourselves and each other. Nestled into a vast array of human behaviours, the invitation to see beyond the content of the work and explore the potential we all carry offers up day-to-day moments of insight and awareness that culminate in the realization that we are not helpless victims, hostage to the pay cheque that defines the quality of our lives. We have what it takes to redefine work and redesign a more meaningful life.
